This location has changed so much for the better in the last five years. The temp controlled unit is clean. Prices are reasonable. Ari is an incredibly staff member. I had left a few years ago and came back after they rehabbed the property. Much improved. 5 stars for the staff.

They took the time to ensure all my locks worked correctly and made sure I knew all the steps to get into the building and get to my specific unit.

They were so close to getting one star until Meghan came down to assist me. The unit was dirty and the lights inside didn't work. I called office for a broom and Meghan came with her pleasant personality got one of the lights going and helped to clean debris from unit. Most folks have to use storage because of life transitions some good/some bad but when it's the bad/overwhelming transition its great to have someone show you compassion

Updated 2024: The facility itself was updated a few years ago, and I've made use of the location since. Everything is very user-friendly, although they don't have enough rolling carts. I've since traded my old unit for an inside one of the same size and have been very pleased with the cleanliness and the lack of issues with my things and/ or other people. Anthony no longer works at this location, but the current employees have been pleasant when interacted with. The prices of the units went up for the first two years and the rest of the monthly payments have stayed the same since. The price will depend on the size of your unit. If you have a 10x10, expect some amount between 140-160 per month with insurance by the time the discounts stop. It's on the pricy side of things, but for the convenience and never having any problems, it's been worth it. You could always split the costs with a friend.
I'll add photos of the facility next time I go.

I unfortunately did not receive assistance several times within the first 30 days of having service. I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.
This location is great, the units are clean and well maintained. I worked with Dani, she was really helpful and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. I’ve rented with several companies and this location of Public Storage is the best.

I came in yesterday Monday to check my unit out. I had to come into the office where I was greeted by Dani. Needing her assistance I was able to watch her do a rental. I used to work for PS and I can tell you she hit every point in a rental. While doing so a customer became rude because he wasn’t being helped quick enough. She handled it with such respect and calmness. Customers need to understand that they have a job to do as well. She was so professional about it. I enjoyed the conversations we shared while she helped gain access back into my unit. Thanks Dani!

One thing I will say is I have faith in management here. Less than 48 hours did I hear back from the district manager. He reached out to me about my concerns , I am so happy that there are companies that actually listen to good and bad , and to know that my concerns were heard AND they are being addressed ! You go James ! You’re a great district manager!
The late fee is extremely too high. Unfortunately, I experienced this mishap, but wasn't too pleased with the fees. The due dates should not be on the first of every month, should be on the day that you acquire the space. For instance, I aquired a space after the first of the month and my next payment was due on the first. To some this is not fair if you aquired the space a week before the first of the month and turn around a week later and pay again. I think this policy should be reviewed and changed.
All staff are amazing, rates are decent. Dani specifically has been great to work with!

I guess it's a cool place I've run a little spot in there and they make you pay for a lock and then they charge you $15 extra for insurance so the 43 Locker went up to $50 somehow , But it's still cool. Thank you

Because of the area thus establishment is in and because there is an extensive amount of crime this place gets an extremely bad rap. AND they have adjusted their rates accordingly because of all these things. My unit along with 11 other ones got broken into and they have been and continue trying to accommodate me because of what happened...!
