I rate a 5 because the gentleman working there. You company is a disaster, your company gets a NEGATIVE 5, when I was able to talk to people at that facility about the storage locker i won. I was told there would be someone there to take my money and let me in. Nope. 5 phone calls later a man showed up. He, was awesome. But when you tell a customer you will have an employee there at a certain time. DO IT. This has never happened with your company. I also wanted to tell you to fix your elevator. Thats ridiculous. I had to go up and down the stairs 60 times, that and the fact the employee that was supposed to be there to let me in, called 4 hours later. Unprofessional, Sounded like a child too. You wasted my time and money. I am never buying from your facility again. I will be letting storage treasures know.

I've been renting a unit at P.S. in St. Louis—9030 Watson Rd. location for 3-months now, and my experience has been consistently positive. The property manager in particular has been exceptional—responsive, attentive, and clearly invested in maintaining both the facility and its relationships. She’s taken the time to build a genuine rapport with tenants, and her dedication shows in every detail—from the cleanliness of the grounds to the ease of communication.
It’s not often you come across service that feels personal in such a practical space, but here, it’s been the norm. If you’re looking for storage with reliable upkeep and a human touch, this is the place to go.

Heidi is a fantastic manager. She was able to answer my questions and get us in our new unit ASAP. I have been renting here almost six months. The building is always well maintained. The only thing is the rent can really jump after three months. So if you need it long term, pay several months in advance.

I just rented a storage unit from the Crestwood location on Watson, and I received excellent customer service there! Alexus was very friendly, greeting me with a smile right when I walked in. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while showing me the unit I ultimately ended up renting and while processing my rental agreement. Alexus is definitely an asset at the front desk for this facility!

Megan was very friendly and helpful today when I called about my delayed payment. Usually, I am billed through autopay, but I had several chaotic things happening at once in my life that disrupted my payments. Megan called me back promptly, helped me resolve my billing problem and informed me that I had not reactivated autopay when I thought that I had. She also let me know that she goes around daily to check on all of the units, which made me feel even more confident about the service at Watson Road storage in Crestwood, Mo. I really appreciated her thorough assistance and, after renting at this storage facility for two years, I confidently recommend it. I gladly give them 5-stars.
