This is a very good storage place. I had no issues with the unit, the company, the location, customer service, the staff, etc., even in the times I accessed on foot (no pov- use rental cars). I had one incident where I got locked in after hours in 2021, which was scary, but customer service assisted me and the staff called me the following day and took note to avoid any future similar occurrences. I would use them again in the future, if needed.

We are very happy with the size of our storage unit. Ben and his associate each made the time to show me several units during three visits. They were very patient as we worked out our needs. This Public Storage location has a great feature which allows you to park inside (under cover) near the entrance and elevator, which is a real plus when it is raining or snowing.
