The storage is clean and seems to be secure but the rate does seem to go up every 2-3 months by $10 or more, so be aware. I signed up on an offer that the rate was locked in for life and that lasted only a couple of months.

Found these guys through the Internet was able to rent my storage unit online talk to somebody over the phone, which was extremely nice to be able to do and get into my storage unit so smoothly and friendly staff
Gabe at the 125th and Hemlock location was very attentive to my storage needs. He helped me when I had a problem making reservations on the website and made the situation right. I had several questions regarding the storage facility and he was always professional and thorough, never rushing me. I truly appreciate Gabe in handling my reservation! I see him on site often taking care of the facility!

Robert was great gave good advice and helped me in getting a place.
I’ve had many units over the years. Allison is the manager onsite. She wears many hats and helps out at other sites. As stressful as that may be. I’ve never seen her with a bad attitude. She’s always smiling. When i was behind, she wasn’t pushy, gave me options and explained things in human terms. She shows ownership and great pride and is an extreme asset to public storage.
