Had requested a unit and paid a deposit. I then realized I didn’t need it so I called up the company. John was able to cancel the reservation and get me a deposit. He’s a super friendly guy and willing to help!

Super quick and easy process to set up and get your space. Very pleased. The price of rent is very affordable too.

This is my second review, as the same issue keeps occurring. On five occasions, I have told both "John" and "Chris" to stop calling me, and in particular don't call me on a Sunday. I receive notifications from them via email and text, and the phone calls are completely unnecessary. This morning, I received my 7th Sunday call from John, at 8:40am, explaining he could help me "avoid a rate increase" which is supposed to occur in May. I have already submitted a move out notice, three weeks ago for the end of April. These people just really don't pay attention to detail, or information, and they are also apparently unaware that when a consumer asks a company to stop calling, the company is obligated by law to do so. The facility is clean, but the electronic gate didn't work with the app for over 4 months, and every time I inquired about it I was told "yes, we've been told there's a problem". I chose this facility for the safety and ease of being able to open the gate from my car. When I last spoke to someone, again asking them to please stop calling me, his response was "I'll have to ask my boss if that's ok". Hopefully my complaint to the Better Business Bureau will help them brush up on "what's ok" according to consumer law.

No lights anywhere outside the storage units, its pitch black dark if you go past 6pm. The actual reason for this review is because my unit is still not marked "vacant" by the facility manager. I emptied it out on November 15th and informed the customer service at the kiosk (there is no in person help available at this location). Since then I have called them 4 times to take care of it because I keep getting emails and text messages that my rent is overdue. Each time I get a reply saying that it'll be taken care of but its been 2 weeks now. Two days ago I got a call from a manager from another store regarding the same matter, I explained to him AGAIN that the unit needs to be marked vacant from their end, and as always the answer was "no worries we will take care of it". This morning I get another text saying that I have balance overdue. Whoever is managing this location is not responsible and it's quite frustrating. Maybe this review will get their attention finally!

The units we rented were great. I recommend this business to anyone looking for an safe and economical solution for your storage needs!

I was promised a storage unit at a moving company, where they said they reserved a large unit for me. After driving for 15 hours, turns out they did not reserve one and did not have any other options available and they were also not willing to work with me for a separate location. After looking around, I called this public storage to see if they could help me out. Not only did he direct me through the move in process but also provided helpful information regarding steps that need to be taken, keep in mind this was all over the phone and took less than 15 minutes. Got a large unit reserved, before you know it, I was unloaded and set within an hour and a half and finally got to rest at the hotel.

The lot was very clean and the units up to date! Its very secure! The lot manager, Mike, was so helpful and friendly! He's extremely polite and showed us around the lot. So glad we chose to do business here!

Great people here. Had some billing issues come over and they helped me clear them up not only fast but without any late fees or extra charges.

BEWARE OF USING THIS STORAGE COMPANY. I rented a unit for one month and two days. They automatically charge your debit/credit card each month. Apparently, since I had two extra days, I owed $27.14. Instead of automatically charging my card, they just turned it over to collections. When I inquired via phone call, I was informed by the snarky woman that they don’t email or send mail via postal service for final bills. She also stated that since I moved out, they could no longer charge my card. She made herself sound even more foolish by saying she doesn’t see anything wrong with not notifying the customer of an outstanding final bill balance that they cannot auto debit from account. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

An excellent storage facility with very kind and diligent management! My needs were met completely, and I have total peace of mind. This is THE place if you need a storage space in a safe, well-lit, great location. Highly recommended.
