After we filled our storage unit the next day we received a follow up call to make sure we had no issues. Unlike most storage places this one offers its own insurance. Rental of the storage unit online was quick and easy. Information about the unit rented was sent in a very timely manner. By the day of moving into the rental unit we had received all the information necessary to allow us to move our possessions in without issues. The unit was clean and ready for us. After moving into the storage unit we received a follow up phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns from Public Storage Representative named Jasmine who was very pleasant and very helpful with all questions that we had. I would recommend Public Storage if you are in need a unit.
Thank you to the property manager Julius! I forgot to lock my storage unit a couple days ago and he was kind enough to put a lock on it, call to let me know and then meet me at my unit. Great customer service is a rarity these days, but Julius is definitely top notch!

I rented a space out on Sunday and put the wrong lock on it. I got a call from Julius the next day to let me know he put a temporary lock on my unit until I could come replace it with my own lock. I was able to come fix it as soon as I could! He was a tremendous help through this process! The property is very large and he was able to spot my improper lock on his walk through. I’m very thankful for his attentiveness. Thank you Julius!

This property is clean, easy to access, good price for quality of inner storage with protection from elements.
The Public Storage(County Line Rd) Property Manager, Chris is extremely helpful, friendly, goes out of her way to help in any way she can. An example: I've been extremely sick & she was more than happy to work with me on my moving out schedule, which was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!).
All the employees I dealt with were friendly & would definitely rent here again.

I had an easy time requesting and taking possession of my new unit. Associate, Chad, was extremely polite and helpful. Several people came in at the same time and he managed to help all of us quickly and with consideration. I feel he deserves 5 stars. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the price is high for the area, there is limited time I can access my unit (I would prefer 24 hour access), and the door to my unit keeps falling down. I will be contacting the facility to remedy this but have yet to do so.

I've had my unit here for a few months now, which I believe I'd an adequate enough time for a review.
Reserving my unit was very simple and easy. I was able to do everything online, which was very nice due to covid. My key was even waiting in my unit. The only reason any in person contact happened was due to me not reading everything all the way, so I didn't know my key was hiding in my unit for me - that was my fault. However, everything seemed clean & the employees wore masks.
For the price - this unit was average, maybe a little cheaper than other similar units, that I had researched. Other units elsewhere were priced higher and did not offer other everything that this place did.
Customer service is great here! They are always nice and try to help me in any way that they can, whenever I've had any problem.
