I received a call from a Public Storage representative she was very nice and answered all of my questions, she was very knowledgeable about my questions. She made sure I had my code to gain access before we got off the phone she let me know where my lock and lease agreement would be. I didn't have to stand in line or fill out a bunch of paperwork. It was a smooth and easy process. Thank you so much. I do want to apologize because I forgot her name but Thank you so much for a great experience.

With Kiosk installations going on all over two counties, this was the 3rd facility I had visited and this was also my 2nd visit in the same day to the Woodstock Rt 92 facility. When I encountered Tammy on my 2nd attempt, it was miraculous that I found a warm body. Before asking for assistance, as I approached her, Tammy’s whole vibe was lit; her smile radiated and her eyes twinkled with warmth. When she greeted me her voice was absolutely friendly. Tammy assisted me and finally I was at peace after an enduring ordeal. I rate Tammy’s performance above a 5 star.
