Beginning and end of the month when people are moving, its best to bring you own dolly just in case. Only thing to point out is the Bluetooth for access to doors and elevators isn't reliable. Have your code handy.
Moved in on 11/8/25. I believe the attendant name was Jared. He was easy to communicate with in a stressful situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The rates are reasonably competitive.

It was a wonderful and pain free experience getting a space here. It is a nice new facility with attentive staff. Impressed at the manager/staff member not trying to upsell me and said I should look at the smaller space first - based on what I wanted to store. It was the perfect size. This public storage Facility is impeccably clean. The manager, Chad, was extremely helpful when I signed up for my storage locker. He explained everything very clearly and explained the Do’s and the don’ts. He helped me set up the app on my phone as well. I highly recommend this location.

24 hour access would make it 5 stars. I appreciate the ease of mobile gate access features from my phone without using codes, and the fact that I was able to reserve my unit, then show up and open the door to find my lock and insurance pamphlet inside for me. I never had to "check out" or do anything in person and it was completely automated. Every step of the process was executed from my phone. Very efficient. First month rent for a 10x20 was free and after fees and such the total to move in was about $51.~ and some change.

After driving from Miami and getting the run around from the first public storage, I found this public storage on briarcliff rd. The manager, Chad, was awesome in taking care of my needs with the type of storage that was needed. I will be coming here again.

I rented a storage unit back in February. Honestly i was forcing myself to go because a friend told me about a female worker in that location always being rude with an attitude and uninterested. But since its the most convenient location I decided to just go ahead and rent it despite of the negative feedback I’ve heard.
To my surprise, Chad contacted me and I scheduled to go that day for the renting process.
Chad was so delightful, knowledgeable and kind! I was so happy I didn’t have to deal with anyone’s attitude. Overall the process was quick and easy! Chad’s customer service was superb! I 100% recommend Public Storage thanks to their amazing employee!

We went to this facility for storage. Chad, the manager, greeted us and was very professional, friendly and helped us find our storage needs. After signing up he was very helpful in explaining all the rules of the property, how to access the property and installing the public storage App. Chad showed us our unit as well as a tour of the facility. Rented a storage unit over the summer to store my college dorm stuff. Chad was the gentleman that helped me. He was very nice and showed me how to properly secure my items in the unit and how to use my passcode to get in and out of the gate. Everything went really smoothly and I really recommend this place.

I had a really great experience over at Public Storage on Briarcliff. After visiting 2 other storage places it was a breath of fresh air being helped by Chad, he was knowledgeable about the units helping us to make an informed decision given what we needed to store. He made sure we got the best deal, an accessible unit & ensured that we were all set up on the app for a seamless move in, all while making us laugh throughout the process. Needed a small unit over the summer for our college student to store his dorm room supplies. Stopped by as we were driving by, because our alternative was Storage Squad.
