Michael, the property manager is the most helpful, friendly and understanding manager I've met, especially in the storage industry. Typically dealing with storage and moving companies (and corporate and AI bots) is a painful and unpleasant experience across many states, but Michael makes the process easy, especially in Florida. He explains the storage options, pricing, due dates, payment methods, and what space is the best fit for your storage needs. He is the only reason I stayed with iStorage (even though it's not the closest to me) because he really cares and takes the time to treat you as a human being and not a credit card. I've been fortunate to have him help me on a few questions and he's always been very professional and a wonderful listener who has the best local classic rock playing in the office (Sarasota, FL WSRQ).
The manager, Michael, was very friendly and helpful. He helped me choose the correct size space for my needs. He also took the time to explain how the gate works, the key system works, and pretty much how everything works. It was a pleasurable experience.

Michael was such a great person to work with. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. From the beginning, he made me feel comfortable—I even asked him for a bottle of water, and he was so kind about it.
He took the time to answer all of my questions and guided us step by step through the process. We decided to transfer to a bigger unit, and he made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. He even arranged for us to have a storage unit across from ours, which made moving so much easier.
I truly hope he gets recognized for his outstanding customer service and personality. Overall, I had the best experience!

Move in was super easy. We've been here 6 years and upgraded units several times. Michael has been there since we moved in. He's answered all our questions. Upon move out Michael made it really convenient. This place has online conveniences, but Michael is there for anything you need.
