Since the first day I rented a storage unit here, the customer service had been atrocious. I could rarely get anyone on the phone, the office was often closed, and when someone was there, it was clear they didn’t want to be.
I’m pleased to say that because of ANDREA, my entire opinion has changed. The facility itself was always great; it was the customer service that was lacking—until now. Andrea is a breath of fresh air. She brings great energy and truly completes the experience here. Excellent hire. She’s a rockstar.

The property manager, Lisa is absolutely rude and vindictive. Since October 28th I have been trying to receive a new lock. I went to this location multiple times (during opening hours ) & saw the manager Lisa twice. Both times she ran to the back room. Lisa then purposely closed the blinds while I tried to talk to her. I’ve called multiple times (corporate and store phone) with no response from this manager. After not being able to access my property, Lisa left a $75 cleaning fee that I had no control over. Latasha from the Blue Heron location drove all the way to North Palm Beach to give me a new lock. As we entered the office I observed Lisa in the back room isolated with a dog barking. Nonetheless, Latasha was very helpful and extremely nice. This company needs more helpful employees like Latasha!

Excellent storage facility. I highly recommend it. We had a unit at this location for 3+ years. It’s well managed and well maintained. Great customer service, too. The property supervisor, Lisa, is both knowledgeable and friendly. She’s been extremely helpful to my family throughout our time there. On top of that, the more recent upgrades to the flooring, lighting, walls/paint, AC, and roofing have made the site even better!

We are so happy with Northlake Public Storage! Manager Lisa is helpful, friendly, and keeps the area clean. She worked with us when we realized we needed an additional storage unit. The facility has gotten a new paint job inside and out. Most of the flooring has been redone, too. The night time lighting looks brighter, which is good for security. We are really happy with the awesome customer service. The location is great. I highly recommend the Northlake Public Storage facility.
