I've been here at this location for awhile and had thought about moving out due to the previous people that managed this place. Then I met Kim and she is like a pure ray of sunshine. I instantly liked her as soon as she greeted me. She explained the switch over and what I need to do. Needless to say I will be staying here and thanks Kim for all your help.
I don't normally do Googles but Kim asked for one and after the service she provided, taking her time to show us the units and explaning how everything worked. The facility was super clean. I almost went with another storage place but glad I stopped in on a whim to see Kim. Definitely worth more than 5 stars
