Just moved here a few months ago and barely started working this month. With the holidays and the rent increase I was worried but Mike helped save me from a rent increase for the next couple months buying me the perfect amount of time. He was very kind and helpful
I rent a small storage unit here and so far, I have no complaints. The building is always clean, the units are easy to find, there's almost always dollys available for use and I love that it's a secure facility. I have two locks on my unit so I'm confident that my belongings are safe. I would recommend this facility if youre in need of a storage unit.

The service at this location had always been solid, but today my battery died while I was there, and Mark and Cindy at the front desk helped me out and gave me a jump start. Would give 7 stars if I could.

I've been here for almost 2 years and have 0 complaints. Place is super clean always. Staff is hard to catch sometimes but Cindy is awesome! always very helpful and nice. Highly reccomend.
While I got an unwanted rate increase, I called and they postponed my increase for another 3 mos!!! Now that's service!! I am only staying one more month and was hoping to just get an extra day with put a whole month's pay, this was unexpected to want to get everything out, as I now have the space. So with the extra month I do get an extra 4 weeks to get stuff out instead of one day.
Its a clean facility, with regular maintenance for keep up. The gentleman who works weekends (older gentleman) is absolutely amazing! And Ms. CINDY, well Ms. Cindy is phenomenal!!! She was understanding, empathetic and just an all around amazing human!! Thank you Cindy for helping me out!!! Great Lady!!!

Chris was thank gosh Helping from his normal store on I believe 80th and Sheridan last night during my move-in. I cannot tell you how phenomenal he was! I walked into the office when it had technically already been closed for I believe like 16 minutes and he was so kind about it He even walked me to the map and showed me precisely where my unit was, which I had a very difficult time finding due to my own Miseducation about the facility as this was my move-in day. Not only was he helpful and kind and respectful, but he was truly happy to help me, He understood. The only guidance I needed was directions, and he was so gracious about it when quite honestly he could’ve said We are closed. There’s a map with directions in your email, which I found, And went on about his evening. But he made the choice to guide me to my unit on my move and he understood I had procured this unit online and The most personable customer service agent I have been in contact with since quite frankly, possibly the 90s. But he was genuine. These are things you cannot teach quite honestly and I wish that the public storage on Marshall Court had him full-time But I will always be grateful for and remember what a rockstar he is
This public storage location is great! Mike and Cindy are the best to work with, they're so responsive and friendly, and always have the best customer service. I love how clean the facility is kept, and everything is well-maintained. Especially this facility, if one gate happens to break, there's 2 others to use to get inside, you don't see that very often. And there's so much parking, loads more than comparable facilities. I've never not been able to park.

I had a great experience here. Christopher was very thorough. I was worried about completing my rental online because they make you pay for a lock. (A year ago I rented a unit on 44th in wheatridge and I never got a lock but paid for it anyway.) I explained this to Christopher and he made sure there was a lock in my unit when I arrived. The unit was clean. In fact, this whole facility is very tidy. When I arrived, there were three carts available, which was very helpful. There was plenty of parking space. Everything went great. It's a nice facility, but when movers are there unloading, one cannot keep the doors open, so I had to stand there for 2 hours putting in my code over and over. My lock is also difficult to use on my unit, despite the manager working on it for 30 minutes. But it is very clean.

Climate controlled is the way to go! Reservations and payments done online, gate code was emailed and the lock was in the unit when we arrived - no waiting at all!

I don't do reviews. Ever. I have to say that Cindy at public storage was the most helpful person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a while. I have a brand new 96 inch couch that does fit in my new apartment. Went there looking for the smallest unit I could find that it would fit in. After failing to find one Cindy basically took me around the facility until we found one that work. All of this with such a good attitude. She is the kind of person that creates a loyal customer. Thank you.

Cindy and her team on Feb27th, were as always very friendly and go beyond what is expected on giving professional services. It was extremely busy that Sunday ( Feb27th ) and I had serveral unexpected plus unique issues though out the day and each time they met my needs and went out of their way to accommodate me. They had every right NOT to accommodate me and and every right to be irritated with me but they remained friendly and helpful. I was also in the following morning and I was greeted by Cindy and again I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you Kiki
