Littleton Storage Units Near Belleview Ave, Santa Fe Drive

The storage game in the Denver Metro area has many players but none better than the PS Belleview and Santa Fe(NE corner) location. After making an online reservation, I arrived to find my units(10x20 & 10x10) tagged, lock present inside, clean and ready to go! The team was communicative through the process as well, delivering all the info needed to make the process smooth. Ok so here's the update: Liegeia(so) sorry if it's spelled wrong🫢. So you know as a customer service manager, and guest oriented, we all want to know what people really think, but by golly if you get a 1norv2vstar review, your boss is on the phone right,? Fill out an incident report etc. We all strive for five. But, I gotta hand to her, she called on a four. Wanted to know how she could help,bi wanted to know why I had a random out of time auto withdrawal. She was able to find the random charge, and while there was no great explanation, she reversed the charge and credited my account. The data was confusing to us all, however, humans are fallible, and a human somewhere put in info that generated a charge. But it was fixed, and that is the most important thing. So I am upgrading to 5bstsrs, not just because it was fixed, that would be the expectation, but because she took the time to call on an above average review. That says something. And there are those of you that totally get what I mean. Peace, and kudos. No issues, great.
Move forward in time, and wow, talk about a serious decline. So, Ieliea moved away. Prices spiked I'm not talking about a couple of dollars, I'm talking 35% increase in 30 days. And service went to he'll in a handbasket, all I can say is stay away, far away..go to Uhaul down the street, they still have it going on.
