He expertly guided me through the different storage options, highlighting their top-notch security features like 24/7 surveillance and coded access. Max reassured me about the climate-controlled units, perfect for preserving my sensitive items. The facility was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which gave me added confidence. Max's friendly and knowledgeable assistance made my decision easy. I highly recommend Public Storage for all your moving and storing needs—ask for Max, and you won't be disappointed! Sounds to good to be true, but as a first timer using a service such as this in the adult world.. I expected worse, and compared to some of the other options i previously looked into, it was a no-brainer.

This facility has been amazing for me over the last year or so. All the staff I talked with helped me greatly in making sure I understood how the storage agreement worked. I especially am thankful to Max for being so kind as to clear what little I wasn’t able to pack upon moving out. Thank you very much. If I were ever to come back to Colorado Springs in the future, the Blue Horizon location for Public Storage is top notch and the one I’d be using again.

i’ve had this unit for a very long time with no complaints whatsoever. however a small issue came up with my payment going through the app, so when i contacted public storage about it, Cindy was a pleasure to work with, she helped me run my card again and made the whole situation easy and hassle free. highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and very efficient storage unit.

I received excellent service from Krista. My situation was very challenging as I live overseas, but Krista was able to bring out-of-the-box solutions to navigate the corporate policies and help me secure the appropriate storage unit for my furniture and boxes. I highly recommend working with her. The facilities themselves were very clean and well kept. I recommend them highly. Yesterday, 8/30/24, I received excellent service from Rick. He was very helpful and courteous in navigating me through transferring my unit. I was downsizing and wasn’t sure which size unit I would need. But Rick sorted me out.

I rented my unit this morning and Billie Jean was a great help with all of my questions. There should be more like her.

After having to consolidate my storage in Parker and move things closer to home I left a 50 foot by 18 ft unit 24-hour access and stumbled upon Public Storage in Northern Colorado Springs on Highway 21 at blue Horizon. Not ever having been to a storage facility that is multi-level I was apprehensive at first but be assured the gentleman that was there to help me and answer all my questions reassured me that I could secure a couple large units if necessary outside with a similar access. Assess the units seems that this will work out perfect and be within only a few minutes from my new residence. I want to thank Max for giving me a tour, a walk around and information in regard to the size of the units as well as a visual showing me where the units were outside, how accessible and how the units were fit for size. He told me also there were other facilities around town that possibly could handle something similar to what had Parker but hard to come bye which I did call and confirm that information. Overall Blue Horizon is a fantastic facility and a great location very clean organized and well thought after. The employee Max was very knowledgeable thorough quick and quite energetic which made this process so much easier and seamless where as it could have definitely been a daunting and frustrating day thanks again Max oh and ironically this man happened to have first-hand knowledge of the facility I was at in Parker so he know exactly the size of unit I was in and what I was meeting I can't say enough great things this was surely a blessing and I'm meant to be situation today thanks again looking forward to a smooth process renting from this location

The online listing for the storage locker I rented was misleading. Once I arrived at the facility after reserving the locker, I found out that the locker was not at ground level and I needed to wheel over stairs to access it. I needed to store some heavy things, so this was problematic for me. Also, my locker door only opened part of the way because of a vent on the ceiling blocking it. This locker was possibly the worst locker in the entire building, and that was not effectively communicated when I reserved it online. The price of the locker increased by 35% a few months after that start of my rental period. One of the three times I accessed my locker, there were no carts available for transporting my items despite there only being 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot. 20-30 minutes of my time was wasted waiting for a cart to become available. That being said, the manager was friendly and helpful when I told her about my dissatisfaction, and she was able to issue me a partial refund for the locker.

The people at this location make this place great - Billie Jean is taking care of it! Most people are only picking storage units based on price and location, including myself, but having good people there makes a difference. I was not impressed with the online experience reserving a unit, with hidden fees and inability to select the right dates and units. When I showed up in person, Billie Jean squared it away. She also personally checks the grounds and ensures the units are secure, so I know my belongings are safe. Really happy with the in-person experience. Skip Public Storage's miserable web experience and just go straight to the sales office on site.

Convenient location, the building is, I believe, less than 2 years old and it is very clean. I stored my household goods here for almost a year between moves and everything looked great coming out. The staff was always responsive to questions and helped us to find a 2nd unit as close as possible to the first when we needed it. Easy/direct access to the 2 lower levels (1 in front of bldg, 1 in back), and there's a quick/large elevator to get you to the top floor if you have a unit there. Never had to search for a cart - they were always around at the entrance. A great choice for storage. Tip: check the corp website at different times for the best pricing.
