This storage space is reasonably priced. The roads could be swiped for nails for sure. Everybody minds their business, which is cool. Units do get hot, be advised.
I am quite content and satisfied with the property manager Jennifer ( I believe is her name ). during my visit there to rent a storage , she was very patient and friendly. while I was there during the process she had many people come in and, through the the process , she was really patient and handled everybody's business very well and that takes Alot of patience and humbleness and that's exactly what she did and how she did her job Thank you Jennifer !

This a hidden storage, but they are pretty y great! Specially Jenifer, she is the best, she’s always available if you need assistance, if it’s her shift of course, but she goes the extra mile if it’s at her reach, honestly I’ve been to may storages and staff treats you like you owe them something, here they don’t, and that’s why I recommend it here

Brad, the property manager at the Santa Ana store was really good with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show me around to storage units in his golf cart. He made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Customer service was top-notch. Brad is the best!

I accidentally rented 3 units when I needed only 1 at the Santa Ana location. I came into the office and spoke to a very friendly and helpful guy named Brad. After listening to the explanation of my mistake, he closed the units and refunded the whole thing back to me in the form of next month rent for the unit that I'm keeping, and he did it with a smile. I wish that all customer service agents in this world would be like Brad. Thank you, Brad!
