My first storage unit the pricing is very good for the amount of space you get. Plus the manager Lisa is helpful she called me to tell me I put my lock on incorrectly and showed me how to fix it so no one gets into my unit. I just discovered u can open the gates with the app but u need to be at the gate first I recommend public storage

I was very impressed with the security for such a hard area. I'm concerned for the homeless people that seem to be living in an encampment around the property and am very saddened to see the city showing such a lack of respect for the homeless and the patrons of the establishment. With such a growing issue our world deals with this should always be appreciated by both the city and the establishments concerns on how to make it a better place for all.

{ rarely have I reason to remember to write a review about my experience with customer service these days, especially when dealing with storage facilities, and fast food chains,But this place seems to have got it Right. The lady at the desk (Angie) made me feel i was not only paying for a storage unit, but the person behind the desk who patiently with a smile answered all my questions then went over options that would best accommodate my budget and space requirement. Finally a place made me feel that my hard earned money was appreciated at their business!!!
