We happily write this review about a wonderful storage place, but even more so about a WONDERFUL staff member BECKY. Becky saved the day with a storage space when we really needed it. I decided on this storage place because of its proximity to where I live. It was very convenient, clean, and new. I like that it's air-conditioned. However, I am deducting a star because the contract states that the fee could increase, and they will notify you hopefully via email. I do not like this, as I prefer to be locked into my price and not have to worry about it going up on me, which could get expensive.
Becky was really sweet when I went in to look at the units, and on the day I got my lock and key, I met with Amalia, who was extremely helpful and sweet as well. They hire great staff. Five stars for Becky and Amalia, but I can't give five stars overall because of the potential price increases.

I came in to ask questions about possibly getting a smaller unit & Becky convinced me to keep the unit I had. She was very professional, polite and very helpful. I appreciated her taking the time to show me the smaller units. Becky gets a 5 star from me.
After being in a storage unit for about a month now, just wanted to mention what a great experience we’ve been having. Becky at the front desk was critical to our decision to secure a space and continues to go out of her way above and beyond when we need things. The facility feels brand new, very clean, easily accessible, and fair prices. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for storage solutions and ask for Becky, she’s a rockstar.

The staff here is warm and welcoming and makes the process super easy and straight forward. The building appears to be brand new, and has multiple safety features. I was hesitant when I saw “climate controlled” but this place is icey cold. It’s safe to say my things won’t be melting in the summer heat. I couldn’t have had a better experience with Jennifer, the property manager. She answered all my questions and also went out of her way to personally show me the unit I was renting before making my final decision. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a great price, fast service, and of course the peace of mind knowing your belongings are SAFE and SECURE! 10/10!
Great experience with the facility staff. Specifically, with Sarah and Michael. I upgraded units twice at the sister kiosk location on 20th street and Camelback. She worked with me and coordinated with the sister location’s property manager, Michael, to ensure I got the specific unit I wanted.
I also had a few concerns that were quickly resolved.
I most definitely feel very comfortable storing my stuff in my new, larger unit!
Never had any issues while renting storage space and when I was ready to vacate Sarah (the property manager) was incredibly helpful and made the process quick and easy. Will definitely come back if I need more storage space!
A while to figure out where my unit was and how to get into it but once I did it wasn't a problem so far I like it
It was A super quick and easy Kody showed me how to navigate thru the app and was able to access my storage within 15mins! Highly recommend

Might I say, I had the hardest time actually getting in this place but once I did the customer service was spectacular! Nicole helped me all the way from start to finish. And even walked me to the unit. Definitely go in and don't pay online, save some money too.

I had a great experience at this location with Annie! Upon move-in, I needed to quickly switch my unit (due to online booking location mix up) and she very quickly switched it out for me so my movers didn't have a long haul. Then, while waiting for them to complete the move (and after a stressful day of packing & moving)I had a container of things fall out of my trunk that flew all over the ground, Annie rushed over to help me pick up my things...it was completely above and beyond customer service! She is very nice, so helpful and great at her job! Thank you, Annie!

This location is amazing! Annie manages this location, and she runs a very tight ship. The indoor storage is always the perfect temperature, our unit is easy to access. The location is always clean, not to mention the front door and elevators are always in perfect working condition. And I have never needed a hand truck and not had one available. If there is such a thing as a perfect storage unit, this is it.
