The manager, Elle, was exceptional and so helpful to our situation. We were looking to store an RV but the original location where we had a reservation didn't have bay doors as they advertised and our vehicle wouldn't fit.. Luckily, this location did and Elle made sure the process went smoothly.

I bought a storage unit at auction and the facility was closed when I got there. I went to another public storage nearby and thankfully he was able to help me so I didn't have to come back the following day..saving me from having to make a 100 mile trip! I was having trouble will setting up my rental online. Kept getting an error code when trying to pay. Destiny was very friendly and helpful with trying to help me get my Credit Card to work. Great clean facility with very friendly staff and I love how I can open the gate with Bluetooth on the app so I don't need to remember my code or give it to others when they are helping me move. Great location!
Easy to rent; the app works great. And. JC, security and weekend go-to guy is amazing. He helped immediately me with a couple of issues I had with my door and lock this weekend. Very happy with my choice of storage facilities.

My unit was broken in to almost a month ago and I explained I've been trying since the break in to get footage over to the officer I filed the report with. She understood my frustration with getting no where and no follow up call back when promised as to what's going on with that. Rosie has the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. I stopped in on my way home from work and asked about a space. Rosie was so helpful, she did not have what I was looking for but she took the time to look at other properties for what i was looking for. Unfortunately she did not find what i want. I do not want to go any further than 7th ave and union hills. I really appreciate the time and effort that Rosie took to help me out. We need more people like Rosie.

My move in date was this past Saturday, Aug 13th. When I got there, the gate and app weren’t recognizing my access code so I wasn’t able to get in. I was panicking since I needed to get my stuff in asap, and I wasn’t sure what to do.
Thankfully, Val from the front office flagged me down and asked what was wrong. Once I told her what was going on, she immediately jumped into action to help me troubleshoot. She helped me get a new access code, as well as find my unit. She made sure I understood how to work the lock and overall was an absolute angel. I’m very thankful she was there to help me and I feel confident in my decision to go with this storage company.
Not only was Val helpful, the units are amazing and high quality, it’s nearby me, and the location is easy to access and navigate.
10/10 would recommend and if I have another issue I hope I can have Val again!

We needed a storage for a move and had used Public Storage in the past and had a great experience so of course we thought to stop by this location!! Valerie was so awesome and helpful!! She gave us all the information thoroughly and was super nice!!! We definitely recommend coming by the 1954 Union Hills location for any storage needs!!

Clean place lots of room for moving trucks and on site office manager is friendly. The company I work with has a few units there and we never have problems getting to the units because of the wide aisles
