Originally I had issues with getting a response from the local property staff, however Debbie was awesome and got everything sorted out on my move-in date. She provided the best customer service and had an awesome attitude! Made my frustration go away.
Debbie was a Rockstar. She gave up her lunch to serve us instead.And was a friend from the start. It was less than 10 min bc we had already signed up online. Smooth process and the storage room ia clean and assemble. Close to home too.
After searching online for a close facility, I reserved a unit at a great rate and then drove to the office. Debbie was great, pulled up my reservation, took me right to the unit - it was clean and exactly what I was looking for. She even provided me a new lock at no cost. I've had a few storage units in the past and this was by far my best experience.
Although this location didn’t have the size I was hoping for. Andy was so professional and patient as she showed us a couple of units so that we can feel of the right size. I’d love to stay at this location if a unit becomes available.
I rented online but wasn’t sure how to get the lock and keys. Andy in the office helped me by letting me know a lock was already provided for me when I got to my unit. She also gave me directions to find my unit easily. Thank you so much!

Taylor and Kyle are very professional and knowledgeable. Most companies would value employees like these.
However It's a shame that public storage doesn't care about throwing them to the wolves with outrageous price hikes every quarter. I have spoke with many other tenants on site over the past year and it seems like nobody remains here more than 3 months because of these outrageous increases. 3 to 5% a year to keep up with inflation for a type of business that barely has any overhead or repairs would be something actually reasonable. However Public storage is more on course to increase your rate 60 to $80 every 3 months until you move out or just keep receiving it in the rear. I don't understand these business practices where you have so many people moving in and out because of these increases and end up having units empty as opposed to keeping tenants for longer period of time by being reasonable.
Shame on public storage corporate. Your employees make the business the board members do not

I've been a Public Storage customer at the Mesa McDowell Road facility for 5 months now and I am very happy with the unit, the cleanliness of the facility and the helpful nature of the staff. I use their app to open and close the gate from my phone (makes entering very easy). I'd also like to recognize Kyle as a highlight of my experience at Public Storage. He is very professional, responsive person with a positive, can do attitude....a rarity in today's world. Thanks Kyle.
Some hidden fees (lock fee, admin fee, etc) then I wouldn't expecting when I got the promotional $59 and 5x10 unit, so now ended up at $110 after on fees and taxes! They didn't give me the option to bring my unlock my locker, I had you there that was purchased within the department miscellaneous fees, like admin fees. I actually wish they were open past 9:00 p.m., that's so early to close down! Besides that, the facility and grounds seem very clean and tidy and extra flatbed carts that you can utilize to assist in moving. Overall, good quality for the , especially in this price gouging days!
At the public storage on McDowell between recker rd and Greenfield Saundra was very helpful, she was very friendly. I enjoyed visiting with her while she signed me up and took my money. However upon leaving our code did not work, fortunately another customer behind us let us out.

Bill was so amazing! He helped us decide the best fit our needs for our current transition. He took his time and went over our options with us and clarified all the details so we understood the process. Marie was working the desk and she and I had a lovely conversation while the boys cinched down the details. Whoever owns this place hired some great people! Very professional and they treated us like family. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience!! I reserved my unit online but when I went to move in I saw that it was too small for what I needed. Nothing was currently available but Latoya promised to call me back with my options. She called back as promised right before closing and even offered to wait for me to comeback in to make the switch. Once I returned to the facility Latoya helped me move into a bigger unit within 5 minutes!! Thank you Public Storage for hiring great people like Latoya!!
