While in the middle of a relocation, we needed a unit to hold belongings for a short stay until our final move next month. The ease of setting up the space online and having it ready ahead of time was so convenient. It made for a stress free experience and saved a lot of time.

Been renting a spot here for my semi truck for almost a year now. They have done several updates since I started renting here. The manager Jairo is very nice and friendly, he is frequently seen here when I come to park my truck, in some storage facilities it’s hard to find anybody present but here it is definitely different. I initially called with a question which I was greeted with someone with a rude attitude, they also did not answer my question about the location. When I went to the store Jackie helped me and she was great. I was initially placed in a unit which had a maintenance issue. When I brought this concern to Jackie, she was already aware of the issue and had no problem transferring me to a different unit.
Jairo provided great customer service, was patient and gracious with my questions and provided detailed information that I should have received when I moved into the facility. This is not an endorsement of public storage in any way shape or form. I will never use their storage facility again. The increase their prices 6 weeks after I moved into the facility and did not refund me when my move out date was on the eighth of the month. However , they made one good move in hiring a competent and friendly manager like Jairo.

Mr. JAIRO for the win of the day!!! I was welcomed back home with that good old southern hospitality. He is so respectful helpful and kind. I can truly say Jairo was sunshine on this rainy day, Not only had I lost my gate code but storage lock key as well. On top of that I had no phone service to call for help and 22 weeks pregnant! He found my account despite my pregnancy brain, called a locksmith for me and gave me insight on what's new since I've been gone with the store. He did all of this with a smile!!!
