Got a good deal on a unit that hadn't moved for a while. . Check in with relatively easy. With Maxine. Since then I've dealt mostly with Tatiana who has been fantastic helping us out on-site when needed...very personable and service oriented. Highly recommend this location, as well as the old Bridge store, who steered me to Morganville when they found a better deal there for me there.

Such an easy experience to obtain a unit at this facility. I had a unit reserved on line, next day I went in, finalized with the agent and was brought up to my unit. Very clean facility. It is a little scary going alone, just because its so quiet and the corriders are long and the place is huge. I did notice cameras all over. But super happy that I can declutter my basement and have a fresh new space to live.

Used this facility for short term storage when listing a house for sale. No issues, just had a 5 x 10 room. Staff was very helpful (kudos to Harry M. for help with a cart and closing out the rental). Room was clean and dry; location was convenient, access was fine, etc.
Hints/Tips for owners: prorated refunds for partial months would be nice. Also, the placement of the keypads for the gate is a bit awkward - you need to swing left to access the keypad, then turn back to the right to go through the gate.

Right from the getgo we were welcomed by Harry who is a great person all around, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful . Harry would be a great asset to any company.
