Quick and easy
We utilized 2 Public Storage climate controlled units at Fitness Lane for 7 years. Throughout that time, Madge, Property Manager, was extremely helpful and always very responsive whenever we had a need. We could not have been happier with her service and this facility. Only wish it was closer to our prior home. We highly recommend the climate controlled units. Upon moving into our new larger home, we found our furniture, clothing and household goods were all in great condition after 7 years! No bugs nor pests nor mildew of any kind. We certainly would not hesitate in using this facility again. Thanks, Madge, for your years of friendly, responsive service!

The 4 stars are for the public storage business raising your monthly rates for no reason after being there for a period of time. I get that it’s a business, but there should be some incentive for individuals that never never miss a payment and plan on staying there a long time. The overall property is very clean and safe.

Best storage experience I have ever had. My husband and I needed relatively short-term storage and we were glad that Public Storage didn't require any long-term contracts. The prices were reasonable for the area and the online process for renting was really easy. The staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful.
