      We have been looking for storage rooms for a while now and decided to go for this storage place. I was expecting a sloppy and slow job of the introduction phase but it was quite the opposite. This place blew my expectations and is much better than I believed it to be. The service was extraordinary; to the fullest extent of the word. Rick, the person who helped us, was very welcoming and attentive. He makes this process 100x better than it should. 10/10 would hire Rick for any customer service job.

      WARNING! Public Storage operates under a "the customer is always wrong" policy. The staff are NOT friendly as the rave reviews about this location are written by "close friends". I was asked what I would be storing and told that it is okay as long as I cannot sit or lay on it. I just found out that I am locked out of my unit with a padlock and not only that, but apparently, a 30 days late payment will get your lock cut out so you must buy a new lock at about $20. Am I to understand that at 30 days out, they may enter my unit? The month in question was paid eight (8) days into the following month. I must check into the fluctuating amounts due for month-to-month rent. After 38 days nonpayment, I was required to pay up the month in question and a full payment for the entire following month a total of approximately $400. No notice, No consent, and I cannot get into my unit after hours because I was not aware a new lock must be purchased during office hours before I will be let into my unit. After hours all that Wendy could say to me was, "I'm off the clock" repeatedly. She never showed interest whatsoever in my situation just, "I'm off the clock". She also said that she talked to her District Manager, Rob, whom I had contacted moments earlier, when he said to me, "I will call the employee living on site and see if she will let you in". So it was up to Wendy depending on how she felt about it. Wendy said, "I talked to my District Manager and he said I don't have to". Now was that nice? At night, the lighting on the property is faulty or flickering or virtually nonexistent at best. They are open until nine o'clock but during daylight savings, after six o'clock you are lucky to find your unit in the dark. Many customers have been kicked out with 30 days notice for minor insignificant reasons like, for instance, using the electricity they provide in only a fraction of the units there. Not to mention the restroom on site which is poorly kept. I hope that you do not get caught off guard as I was the first time my payment was late 30 days. I would also like to add that nowhere on the website does it say where you may leave a review. I had to call and ask.
